We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with outstanding communication skills, a knowledge of manufacturing and an eagerness to make an impact. 

Responsibilities include:
Provide support to new and existing customers.
Keep customers informed of lead times, changes, adjustments, inventory levels and new products.
Communicate effectively with all departments including sales, graphics, production and shipping.

Candidates MUST possess the following qualifications:
High School diploma required/some college preferred
Minimum FIVE years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting
Superb communication skills essential
Basic math computation and office skills required
Knowledge of Graphics/Printing industry helpful
