Our marketing platform provides brands with a one-stop solution to get deep insights on their performance, create original content, discover content, predict performance, distribute to owned, influencer, and paid channels, measure and monetize.
As a Director of Marketing, you will work with our incredible team to define our position as market leaders through brand development, content creation, and activities that create awareness and density within our amazing community of data-driven creative marketers.

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead all marketing activity for the business - including PR, events, community development, sales and marketing content, thought leadership, and market strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy & Execution: Develop and support Dash Hudson's brand positioning, awareness, voice, and lead generation activies. You will own marketing KPIs.
Lead Generation: Work with our Demand Generation team to create a cohesive strategy to build awareness and generate conversations with target customers through inbound and outbound initiatives.
Content: Lead strategy for all content marketing and thought leadership efforts (blog, social, case studies, testimonials, video, white papers).
Events & Community: Set strategy for participation and marketing around key vertical-focused events. Create and execute on community building initiatives in key markets (NY, LA, London).
PR: Work with our marketing team to secure press coverage for Dash Hudson in select publications and with market influencers.
Digital Marketing: Lead all digital marketing efforts on paid and organic channels.
Management: Lead our amazing marketing team.
Proven experience leading marketing initiatives in a creative digital environment.
Experience working against aggressive targets and KPIs.
Excellent written communications. You must have a voice.
Experience supporting, training, and motivating diverse teams.
Ability to understand and operate in a technological environment with organizational complexity.
Knowledge of enterprise marketing software market.
